Review and edit suggested business details

01 · Start with your business.

Choose your business model and enter your website. Website analysis can prefill your offering and the customer problems you address. Review and edit the details so they describe what you actually deliver.

02 · Define your ideal customers.

Review suggested roles, industries, company sizes and locations. Refine them around the companies and people you want to serve.

A target profile establishes who could fit. The event assessment provides additional context about why a particular company may deserve attention.

03 · Choose signals and review your setup.

Enable the relevant hiring, executive-change, funding or relationship tracks. Configure the available preferences and supply relationship contacts when using that track.

Review your offering, customers and selected signals before launching monitoring. Scanning follows the configured track and schedule; entering a website alone does not activate every track.

04 · Review the opportunity and prepare.

Open the assessment to understand the event, its relevance to your services or product, and the supporting context. Where available, explore relevant contacts and generate an outreach draft.

Use the evidence and cautions to decide whether to act. Message preparation does not send outreach automatically or establish that a buyer has a project.

Issue tracking & development planning software

What changed · Meridian Cloud

A software company advertises a Director of Engineering role focused on delivery.

Evidence to consider

The company’s hiring announcement names engineering delivery and leadership as responsibilities.

The business priority

Strengthen engineering delivery and the way work moves through the team.

Delivery priorities give a development-planning product a specific workflow to research: how the team plans work, tracks issues and coordinates delivery.

A question to explore

“Which parts of planning, issue tracking or delivery coordination are you looking to improve?”

An advertised role is not an appointment or a confirmed software purchase. A tool evaluation and budget still need to be established.

Adapted from actual Intentarray analyses. Names and identifying details changed; wording condensed. Historical examples. Questions are adapted conversation starters, not untouched outreach drafts.
