Relationship intelligence
Carry the relationship context forward.
When a known contact moves, consider whether the new role and company create a relevant reason to reconnect.
Start with the contacts you know.
Relationship intelligence uses the contacts you provide through its setup, rather than assuming Intentarray already knows your customer relationships.
Review the relationship information and the people you choose to monitor. A past customer, collaborator or champion can provide context that an unfamiliar name cannot.
Evaluate the new situation.
A familiar person’s new role may have different responsibilities, authority and company needs. Their past relationship does not automatically transfer your product fit.
The assessment considers the available relationship and current business context against your offering. Check whether the old experience is relevant to the new situation.
Reconnect with an appropriate reason.
Use the relationship to frame a considered question, not an assumption that a purchase will follow. Confirm current responsibilities and the value you can provide.
Contact coverage varies. Review the evidence and relationship context before preparing a message.
